The main courthouse is at 101 Main Street, Oxford, NC 27565, and regular public hours listed by the North Carolina Judicial Branch are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Register of Deeds is also at the courthouse and can be reached at 919-693-6314 for marriage certificates, birth and death certificates, deeds, plats, military discharges, and notary records.
